How do I redeem a gift certificate ?

To redeem a gift certificate simply go through the checkout as normal, and when asked to enter the voucher or coupon code, enter the code you were given and click on redeem. If the code is valid the gift voucher amount will be added to your online balance.

How do I share my wish list ?

  This will enable your wish lists to be shared
• You should now be able to click on the 'share' button
• Copy and paste the generated code into your email

What is the difference between best before dates and use by dates ?

A best before date means that the product will taste at its best if consumed before the date shown. Even after the date has passed the product will still be enjoyable but might have some slight disclosing or lose some of its texture.

A use by date means that you must consume the product before the date shown. Once this date has passed the product is not fit to be consumed and should be disposed off.

What is the best way to store chocolate ?

Please note chocolate will keep perfectly fresh if stored out of direct sunlight, in a sealed container or original wrapper. It should not be subject to extreme temperature changes.
